Websockets

In OMNI Platform, you have the ability to send events coming from OMNI Agent to a third-party service via websockets. You can access the websockets page through the side menu.

Create a websocket​

  1. Click Create button on the Websockets page.
  2. Enter a websocket name and click Save.

As a result, the created websocket with the token will be displayed in the table.

View websockets​

Comprehensive information for each websocket is available in its card. To open the Websocket card, simply click on the websocket of interest on the page.

In the upper left corner of the card is a button with a shortened token. To get the full token, just hover over this button. If you click it, the token will be copied to the clipboard.

Delete websockets​

You can delete a websocket in the Websocket card using the Delete button in the upper right corner.

Please note that after deleting a websocket, all its connections will be closed.

Filters and sorts​

OMNI Platform contains a list of filters and sorts for websocket searching.
Filters
  • By websocket ID
Sorts
  • By creation date

To filter/sort websockets, click on Add Filter / Add Sort and select one of the parameters from the dropdown list. Once selected, the chosen filter and sort will appear in the top left part of the page.

To add an additional filter, click Add Filter again and select another parameter from the list.

You can add a sort using the Add Sort button or through the Sort by: widget in the top left part of the page.
