Settings
Threshold settings
Here you can configure threshold values for:
- Search for similar faces in the database during registration
- One-to-one face comparison during authorization
- One frame liveness checks
- Quality checks
- Liveness Reflection checks
And customize other parameters:
- Number of registration attempts. Setting the value to 0 disables the attempt limitation.
- Attempt content storage time
Cross-matching settings
You can enable functionality to compare video frames with the best frame from the component.
When activated, each video frame is matched against the component's best frame, and the resulting score contributes to the final verdict of the attempt.
This feature helps prevent video tampering by ensuring that the person in the video matches the one being authorized or registered.
Manual mode settings
Here you can customize the list of checks that will be involved in the verdict calculation of the attempt manually.
Currently only manual registration is available.
Risk settings
Here you can customize the list of active risks:
If a risk is active, triggering it will cause the attempt to fail.
If a risk is inactive, triggering it will only be recorded in the attempt data without impacting the verdict.
Auto unblock settings
Here you can configure automatic unblocking of the applicant.
The following parameters are available for customization:
- number of auto unlock attempts.
- time period in seconds after which the applicant will be automatically unblocked.
The system does not guarantee precise auto-unblock timing, as it depends on the workload of background task handlers and their database polling intervals.
Auto unlock triggers only in two cases:
- The applicant is blocked due to exceeding the number of registration attempts.
- The applicant is blocked because a risk has been triggered.
Manually unblocking the applicant resets spent auto-unblock attempts.
Set up email notifications
Here you can configure sending notifications of events to email.
Currently, only the applicant block event is supported.
