Face hide control
OMNI Agent can now be configured to detect when an individual conceals their face while crossing specific virtual lines or within designated Regions of Interest (ROI). For instance, if a person turns away or hides their face with a scarf, hat, glasses, mask, etc., the system will promptly register this behavior.
Monitoring results are sent to OMNI Platform or an external service in the form of face hide events. The verification status is recorded in the event as follows:
hidden_or_low_quality: The individual is within the ROI/crossed the virtual line, but no detections with sufficient quality for identification have been received (indicating that the person is likely concealing their face).
identification: The individual is within the ROI/crossed the virtual line, the face has been detected at least once, and a match has been found in the database.
non_identification: The individual is within the ROI/crossed the virtual line, the face has been detected but not found in the database.
How to enable face hide control
Go to the Settings of OMNI Agent and enable the option "Send face hide events". Add a region for tracking (created ROI or intersection line) and click Save.
