Billing

3DiVi offers 14-day free trial to new users that starts after creating the account at OMNI Platform. Within this period you're able to choose and activate a preferred tariff plan to ensure uninterrupted Platform operation and service. All your licenses and license options are available at Billing page of web interface.

To activate a tariff plan, fill in payment details by clicking Fill in payment details button on top. You can also use Upgrade the tariff plan button at Basic tariff widget. In that case when payment details are filled in, the system will activate the tariff plan instantly after payment.

Note: If your trial period is over and the tariff plan hasn't been activated yet, your account will be blocked.

Besides the trial period and Basic tariff, 3DiVi offers Enterprise tariff for businesses. To get more information and activate this tariff, just click on Read more button in the tariff widget and send a letter to the given email address.

After the tariff plan is activated, the trial period will change to Basic tariff.

If you need to stop the subscription, click on Manage button and select Stop subscription item in the drop-down menu.

As a result, the changed subscription status will be displayed at Billing page.
